Good afternoon and welcome back!! We hope everyone enjoyed there long Easter break!! Today in Nursery we started our day learning number 1 with Miss Paola!! We had to copy the number many times in out notebook!

Then we had to draw 1 square and 1 flower!!

After break we did Weekend News with Miss Lindsay!! There was so much to talk about as we had so much time for fun activities during the school break!!

It was really nice hearing about what our friends did!! 

Progetto "Elettronica"

Make and Play, a group that specializes in robotic laboratories for children, came to teach and help the children to make a robotic Santa Claus that spins a gift.  

Progetto "Socio Affetivo"

Telling fairy tales, listening to music, discussing events and emotions, we then go on to express our feelings through art and color which helps develop our social skills. 

Progetto Musica con musicista Elena Varago

Through stories, songs, musical instruments and rhythm Miss Elena gives the children their first approach to what will be a big part of their lives, MUSIC!  

Progetto Arte con Prof. Luca Truccolo

Together with the very talented Prof. Luca, the children discover different artistic techniques like:

- hand printing butterflies

- using lines and geometric shapes to create a story

- choosing an animal and then mimicking its movements and then drawing the animal

- printing and pressing using etching, shading and pressing.

Progetto "A Scuola di Natura"

 Using all 5 senses, this project develops our connection with nature. First with the grape harvest, where the children had great fun producing grape juice and then tasting it! At the Museum in Montebelluna, the children were taught how to color using the extracts from fruits and vegetables which was a very colorful project!! We didn't actually shop at EAT's supermarket, but the children were able to observe and learn about the origins of certain products.
